Professor Krishnan Raghavachari
Professor Raghavachari's research group focuses on new developments in electronic structure theory along with challenging applications to investigate structures, chemistry, mechanisms, and properties of molecules and materials. Their work is collaborative and multidisciplinary, covering the areas of chemistry, physics, and materials science.
In addition to the significant evidence that CALM is effective, students also perceive that CALM aids them in learning the material. Midway through the first semester of CALM's use, we also collected student opinions about their experience with CALM (297 respondents). Of all the students taking the survey, 73% described CALM as either “extremely” or “very useful” in helping them learn the material presented in the course; only 8% felt was only “slightly useful” or “not useful at all”.
